penquiny (formely known for the detective work he had done in his original city with Ellie) moved to Prestons town (of and for plushies) for new detective work to stop the dredead big brother bear or big brother for short
and his sidekick bonnie (who died saving teddy) is of unknown origin, his current sidekick is teddy
aftermath
penguiny later killed big brothr bear in his own factory along with most of his army of clones, most of them either became rebels or died of natural causes as a result of biological warfare
later he did leave to continue fighting crime with Ellie though the owl did manage to escape and later saved up enough funds from charity work to make his own factory and instead of cloning, he built clocks
