the bears originally (before the major cloning epidemic) were simple folk, they worked clockwork, 9-5 jobs at play, then the war rolled arounded and it shook every town there was, so eventually scientists realized the potential of the was bear(s) DNA was structed, so they began experementing and it turns out they can be cloned whilst there personality stays intact, when they realized this, they hired the supervisor big brother bear as the manager and managed he did, he worked around the clock and gained a TON of expereince, afterwards the fire incident happened (where one of them blew up and caught fire was blamed on penguiny so big brother tracked his IP address and began using his forces against the town he lived in (PTOP) though to avoid being sued at the time because of the war he cancelled his plans but wrote it down on a sticky note just in case he forgot)

anyway after the war was over there was not much left so big brother mixed all he learned to make a factory near the outskirts of the town to invade them
